Yes. A 20% non-refundable booking deposit is usually required to secure your date. The remaining balance is payable three days before your event. Different terms may apply to certain bookings and will be confirmed in your quotation.

Yes. Minimum spends apply to our event styling services and vary depending on the type of installation, location and requirements. Please share your event details and budget so we can advise on suitable options.

Absolutely! We offer a professional delivery and installation service, taking care of the setup so you can enjoy your celebration. Delivery, collection and travel charges are calculated based on your location and booking requirements.

We’re based in the North East and regularly provide installations across Teesside, Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham and surrounding areas. We can also travel further afield for selected events, subject to availability and additional travel costs.

Where hired props or equipment are included, we arrange collection at an agreed time. Balloon-only arrangements may not require collection. Full details will be confirmed before your event.

Balloon longevity depends on the type of balloon, environment and weather conditions. Indoor air-filled displays generally last longer than helium arrangements. Heat, direct sunlight, wind and temperature changes can affect their appearance and lifespan.

Yes, subject to weather conditions and the suitability of the location. Outdoor balloons are more vulnerable to wind, rain, direct sunlight and temperature changes, so we cannot guarantee their longevity or appearance once installed.

We welcome inspiration photographs! While we may not replicate another designer’s work exactly, we can create a bespoke display inspired by your preferred colours, theme and overall style, using our available props and materials.
